Please review our policies:   

1. Place a credit card on file at the time of booking. The card will not be charged unless you make payment at that time. It is a security measure for the Lma Mineral Float staff to ensure payment and abide by our cancellation policy. 

2. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to bill 100% of the normal session fee. If you cannot make your appointment, please call us! 

3.Come in at least 15 minutes early if you are floating/using the sauna for the first time so that we can orient you. Please be on time as our schedule needs to run accordingly. If you are late, your session will need to be cut short to allow for the next client to begin his/her session. You will still be responsible for full cost of scheduled session.  

4. Come prepared to relax, decompress and have an Lma (leave me alone) moment.
